I've had the same issue as everyone else, since the inception of Paypal Buyer Credit.

It's good to see I'm not alone anymore hahaha.
I'm stuck between both organizations while being told either I already have an account, my account is closed, there is an error processing my request, that GE money needs to fix it, that paypal needs to fixes, create a new paypal account, and that paypal only lets you open one account per social security number.
