How do you get cash advances on the Paypal Credit Card?

Below are  the PayPal instructions for doing this. (However I cannot find the link titled "Request Convenience Checks" to which these instructions refer.  And THAT is very frustrating!) . . .

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. On the Account Overview page, click View Card Details in the PayPal Extras MasterCard section.
3. Under Manage my credit account, click Request convenience checks.
4. Confirm your account by entering the 3-digit card security code located on the back of your card.
5. Click Request checks.
