Paypal Smart Connect Cash Option Question

Since there is no cash advance option with Paypal Smart Connect; I was wondering if you could send money from the smart connect fund to a friend through paypal, and and have him pull out the money via atm with his paypal debit card?  Or even just send you back money that would go in your regular account that you could withdraw?

Just wondering if this is possible, please let me know thanks!

I would certainly advise against ever doing anything like this, although I have to give your credit for creative thinking!  Credit card companies have a number of different regulations regarding how their cards are used, and some card issuers might look upon this as either outright fraud or a violation of their regulations and your agreement with them - and in my opinion, no cash advance is worth getting in that much hot water over.
