Cannot Apply for Paypal mastercard!!

when i want to apply , i filled it up and after i make i agree done it gives me this massege : Some required information is missing or incomplete. Please correct your entries and try again.

Yes My problem is the same as above. When i try to click on apply now, it says I cant have two paypal credit account. how can I convert my SMART CONNECT TO PAYPAL EXTRA ???

The PayPal Extras MasterCard and PayPal Smart Connect cannot be active at the same time.  Smart Connect accounts are usually reviewed about once every 6 months.  If the account is eligible to upgrade to the PayPal Extras MasterCard, that option will appear in your PayPal account.

The 3005 is a generic error that is usually caused by a corrupted PayPal browser cookie. I recommend clearing your cookies and cached to see if that helps.

Without looking at the PayPal account, it's difficult to determine why the account would ineligible for the PayPal Extras MasterCard.  Usually those error messages indicate that the application was denied or recently denied.
