Balance transfer?

I am attempting to transfer balances from another credit card to my PayPal Mastercard. After scanning through the help pages here on the site, it has led me to "My Account" to find the "Serivce" page which from all I can see, does not exist. Can anyone point me to where I need to go to do this?

Hi arthur214,

This is a great question and I'm not surprised that other community members didn't know the answer.  I wasn't able to find anything on the PayPal website about a balance transfer feature but I know many credit cards do offer that option.  My recommendation is to contact the PayPal Credit Service Center to check.  It's possible they may have this option available and it just has to be processed manually.
