drawing money at atm

i know this is a dumb question, but i just cannot seem to be able to draw money. the option on the atm machine if it's a saving, check or credit card, well it's none of the above. i tried every option, and still nothing. i have a business debit card.

the back of your card says for atm transactions select "CHECKING' as your account type.

you must also have the funds available in your paypal account (not the backup funding source)
