I had a Paypal debit card for a couple of years. It expired in June, and no new one arrived. When I called Customer Service, i was told that the reason no new card was sent to me was that they now require a physical address rather than a PO box. I went through various steps, including having a letter sent to my physical address. In that letter was a code, which I entered at the proper place on the site. That took me to an "application,' which I filled out. Instantly, I got a response: I'd been turned down. Why???? I'd been approved previously, and nothing's changed since then. If they suddenly don't like my credit score, what does it matter? It's a DEBIT card, not a CREDIT crad!!!!! I can't use it for any more than what's in the account!!! How do i dispute this? has this happened to anyone else????
