When I try to sign up by following the link from the debit card page via "PayPal Preferred" and enter my eBay id and password I get the Error message that the site cannot contact eBay currently and to try later, I have tried over the last week using 3 different computers & 2 ISP's. Same results (or lack of results) same error message.
Program is being advertised and is part of the user agreement so it is for debit cards, and is not an expired program, I have a business account (card even states business account on its face) It is a premier level account and in good standing. So why the problem? HELP feel like I have been taken for a ride, lied to even deceptive practices ?? Feature is used as a reason to get the card then not possible to sign up!! Bait and switch??
Expected more from papal and or eBay!!
