ok i lost my wallet this past weekend, which **bleep**, i cancelled everything and thankfully nothing got misused. but now i want to get a NEW PAYPAL DEBIT CARD, but when i go to fill out the information to get a new one, it brings up a screen that asks me for my card information, which i cant enter because i dont have my card.
so how can i order a new debit card that is linked to my paypal account, without having to enter in my old card information?
The page that is popping up isn't asking you to enter the old PayPal Debit Card number - it's asking you to register a personal debit or credit card. One of the requirements to request a new Debit Card, even if you are an existing customer, would be to have a personal card already on file.

hello sorry this is not help to u but hopefully u can help me out...i just signed up for paypal and need to know how to get a pay pal card i dont want the credit card though the rates are rediculous, i just want the card that i can use to recieve payments and direct deposits n make purchases with...is it possible that u know how i can get one bcuz i cant find anywhere on the site to apply for it all i see is the apply for credit card by paypal? if u know it would be of great help or if u know of someone who could lead me in te right direction would be wonderful. thank you very much.
One of the requirements is that you must be a PayPal member for 60 days prior to requesting the PayPal Debit MasterCard. If you're not immediately seeing the link, trying going to Products and Services > View All PayPal Products > PayPal Debit MasterCard.
