I need to confirm my address

Hello,

I do not have a credit card but i would like to apply for the paypal debit card to easily access my money. I have done everything required except confirm my house address but it says i need a credit card that is billed at the same address. Is there any other way I can confirm my address so I can get the debit card?

Yeah the alternative is confirm a phone number. Just type in Address Confirming Alternatives in the search bar thingy
