I have $35 accumulated from the 1% cash back since 2010, but How do you retreave this money? It is NOT added into your paypal ballance unless it's HIDDEN on your card. When I log into paypal and it says I have $10.00, then that's all I have access to, not the $10.00 plus $35. where is it, how do I access it? thank you.
