I've done everything I'm suppose to do with the paypal debit mastercard but I can't link it to my usual acct. It says I have zero bal. which is incorrect. I've called them twice but get nowhere. Can someone help?
The PayPal Debit MasterCard is automatically linked to the PayPal account under which it was applied for, and cannot be moved between accounts. If you want to have a PayPal Debit MasterCard for a different account, you'll want to submit an application directly from that account.
