I am trying to buy something on Amazon so I set up a PayPal account. But PayPal will not accept my good/not expired/etc. credit card so I cannot buy. It says it cannont "validate the card." But there is a $1 pending charge on my card for every time I tried to enter the card on PayPal. What does this mean?
