This is getting really fustrating. I have tried to apply for my debit card again, and for the third time Ive been rejected and my account becomes limited and I get this message on my account time and time again.

Please provide additional information about yourself so we can use it in verifying your identity. You will have full access to your PayPal account during the next 15 days, but if we are unable to confirm your identity in that time, we will limit access to your account.

So I follow the instructions and get my indentity confirmed....the limited account is lifted and all is good again....and when I try to apply again in 30 days. My account is limited AGAIN with the same message about confirming my indentity.....this is never ending cycle....how do I get my paypal debit card?? What am I doing wrong???
Im ashamed to say that I do loose my cards frequently, and I often need to report it stolen (paypal never gave me an option to report it simply as lost) to get a new one. Does this have something to do with it? How do I rectify this??
