Hi . I tried as well to apply for what they call a 3 months repayment  holiday but there is no way of contacting Pay-Pal Credit but messaging them .

If ill get an answer I'll keep you posted.

I have been waiting for a reply from them since 50 hours ago. still nothing.  I will just not pay.  Then when they complain I will show them the list of messages and tell them they wont get anything till its sorted. So much for their CEO helping. RUBBISH

Paypal is financed through Synchrony Bank. You could try them.
