psn charged to PayPal credit instead of preferred normal PayPal account.

I have PayPal and PayPal credit. I sometimes use PayPal credit on purchases over £99. But I always have my normal paypal as preferred way of payment. Anyway, I purchased a cheap £4.75 game on psn (through playstation 4) and used PayPal as payment. There was no option of PayPal credit or anything, just sign in using PayPal password. I purchased the game using my PayPal details, only to find out that it has been charged to paypal credit. It's very annoying. I'm not clued up on what happens if I'm honest. I did not want to use credit for a £4.75 purchase. It's really messed up something. I've used PayPal on xbox with zero hassle like this. During this Corona lockdown, I can not get any response from PayPal and cant get a hold of Sony/psn about this issue. Can the charge be changed? Has this happened to anyone else? Kindest regards
