I purchased from Hayneedle about a month ago an item for around $272 and Paypal has yet to take off the charge from my Paypal credit. I have contacted them my last time and been assured it would be taken off as well as the merchant. IT HAS NOT BEEN. Every other charge account I own would have done it in a few days. I am going to contact an outside source both to complain about this and to take action to get the charge refunded which Paypal has not done.
