Paypal credit

If anyone may know an answer i’d appreciate the help. Everytime i want to make a purchase with my paypal credit, it gives me the option to choose but when i want to use it, it then tells me “sorry we can’t offer you paypal credit right now please select another funding source to complete your purchase” is there a reason why?

PayPal reserves the right to restrict use of the credit line depending on the circumstances of your transaction. If it is not offered, the its recommended that you use a preferred payment method to complete transaction instead. PayPal Credit is integrated into the checkout system and reviews your account and decides whether to offer ppc based on their risk model and other factors only known to PayPal.
