Hi. I tried to order a laptop from dell.com and selected Paypal Credit as the payment option. After completing the application it was approved and redirected me back to my Dell order page. However, whenever I tried to finalize and confirm the order it threw an error and didn't let me finish the process. So I have no laptop ordered, confirmation or anything like that.
However, there is still a 12 month debit set up for Paypal Credit which is listed as "Pending". Dell can't help me because there is no order to link the agreement to. I need to get that credit agreement cancelled.
What do I do? I have a feeling Paypal will tell me to contact the merchant(dell) but Dell have already told me to contact Paypal and that they can't help me.
