I have recently implemented Paypal smart incentives on my website to show Paypal credit banners.
The paypal code snippet is added to every page and I can see that the banners are showing as required and the code snippet is in the page source etc.
However, the banners don't show on every page refresh. After 3 or 4 page views they stop showing which I am presuming is by design and via a timer cookie. If I use an incognito window they start showing again for 3 or 4 page views but then stop again.
Is there anyway to force the display of the popup on every page irrespective of how many times it has been displayed previously? Does anyone know what the cookie timer settings are?
