I have been receiving letters to my home address over the past few months, supposedly coming from PayPal Credit, but not addressed to me - they are addressed to an unknown individual. Whenever I receive these I always cross out the address window, write "Not known at this address, return to sender" on the envelope and put it back in the post box, but I received another one yesterday and I am starting to doubt whether they are really coming from PayPal.
The return address on the back is:
PayPal Customer Services
PO Box 10359
51 Saffron Road
WIGSTON
LE18 9FE
Can you please confirm if this is a legitimate address used by PayPal?
Since the letters are not addressed to me I have not opened any of them, so I have no idea what they concern. But if I keep receiving them despite chucking them back, then something must be wrong. Please advise how I can contact PayPal directly to resolve, thanks
