I have been trying to get into my Paypal account but I totally forgot my password. I have not been given the opportunity to answer any security questions. When I try to change my password the system contacts a phone number which does not exist any more. How can I change the password on my previous account? (Or can I have the earned money of my previous account transferred to this new one I have made by making a new email address?)
