I have a few questions. I hope someone can help me. I made a couple of pre order purchases from Best Buy in September. But I will not receive them until November. Why are they showing in my balance when I dont have the item? Isn't BB supposed to charge payment once items are shipped? What happens if I don't get the items when I'm supposed to get them? Thanks
