sending money with paypal credit

Hi, I googled sending money to a friend using paypal credit and it say how easy it is, however when ive tried its not working.

Ive set my preferred payment to paypal credit

Any ideas please?

Assuming you have a UK PayPal Account - per the info here - Your PayPal Credit limit cannot be used to send money to friends and family or to deposit funds into your bank account.
