"Bad request"

I am able to log onto paypal, but when I try to access paypal credit I get the message "Bad request" . This has been for the past few days, and I need to make my payment soon. Any one else with this problem?

Im also having this problem. I get multiple different error prompts. This is shortly after a chat with paypal credit support.

Later the same day I tried to reconnect to support to ask a clarification because I couldnt find something in the paypal credit UI. It queued me indicating there would be a representative in <=5 min. >20 minutes later still no representative so i cancelled and tried to reconnect to queue. It then prompted that no chat support was available. Several other abnormalities including prompts within the ebay app with a linked account for login credentials and an error logging into paypal shortly after that.

Pinging paypal.com fails. Pinging ebay.com fails. Pinging walmart.com fails. The websites however somehow load in browser and paypal is able to be logged into intermittently. Theres significant lag time on the text verification code. Below are some of the errors thrown not including the login error for paypal.com. These are when you try to load the paypal credit page from the paypal profile homescreen.

At about the same time ive had several abnormal text messages from unknown entities that try to convert to MMS.

There are also issues sending texts even to my own number. For some reason they arent received. That started approximately 12/02/2020 significantly more so than otherwise. However it didnt prompt these errors with paypal at that time.

The phone has also turned itself on while in airplane mode and when the sim was removed in the previous 12 hours.

I have antivirus software and that at the moment doesnt detect any issue supposedly.

Indication of issue with insider federal and other LE in previous instances destroying economic productivity also. I have confessions relevant to this in addition to other documentation. Also at points another new device not connected to any network changed its language to russian before it was even beyond the initial set page on first start.
