i just opened up a paypal credit line of $5000.00. but when i try to shop online and use the paypal as my checkout method, transaction wont go through. i have my paypal credit linked to my paypal account, and preferred method of payment set to paypal credit. also i am not able to send money to friends. it just keeps saying to change my method of payment. what do i do?, why cant i use my paypal credit???
