forgiveness of late payments

Dear Community and Paypal 

I have always made my pay pal monthly payments on time. Many many months ago my mother was very ill and I was preoccupied with helping her and working. I got behind in a few payments but then caught up. My pay pal credit card was frozen. In the past year I have paid on time every month as I did in the past. My mother has died and I would like to access my pay pal credit card again. My payments have never been late since then- Can someone help me

I am very sorry about your personal issue. In this case, please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us.
