I have been on hold with Customer Service for over an hour ! In the past, pay off balance in the 6 months with no interest promotion would post the remaining balance after making my monthly payments. Purchased a product with the promotion on April 27, 2021, it is now September 16th and the balance hasn't gone down at all. The promotional period is over in November- I appears they are getting ready to apply the accrued interest on my account. Has this happened to anyone else recently and what is the solution ?
