I sold a gold chain person has received it but my payment is still pending got a email saying my account is not a business account in order for it to upgrade to business the buyer had to send me an additional 800.00$ and ones I refund the money I will get my full amount he owes me now he ask for his refund to be done through cash app created a cashapp n cashapp is not letting me transfer any money now he asking for Visa cards n take a picture and send it to him after for prove so PayPal can send me my money my question is em I being scam?
