A customer came in with a paypal line of credit sufficient to cover the paypal invoice I sent. The customer's account shows the amount of available credit. When attempting to pay there was no option on his account to use PayPal credit. Any ideas?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
