Unable to use my account that says I have 250.00. Tried over 15 retailers. PayPal says there is no issues blah blah...so frustrating at this point...I even got an email stating my balance and credit limit and I'm free to use it. Any help
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
