PayPal says that PayPal credit is 0% interest for 4 month. I paid amount in full last month and amount which is due on 6 May but still they have taken interest from my account which is almost 10%. I sent them many messages but they don’t bother to reply back. If I cancel the direct debit will it effect my credit rating? Please help.
