Hello,
I have been accepted and have a credit limit with Paypal. I am trying to make my first purchase using it. On the merchants website I go through the motions of logging into Paypal and deciding the payment plan I want to use to finance my purchase. Once that has all been settled I click confirm and then get the message:
'We're sorry. We can't complete your purchase at this time.
Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.'
Is this likely to a be problem with the website I am buying it from or my own paypal account?
