Not sure how we are supposed to know the answer to that one really.

However paypal is not offered by every merchant and paypal does not always offer it in its checkout flow.

I can't give you a list, if its on their site they offer it, if its not they don't to be honest.

There are a lot of sites accepting PayPal credit, just look into Google, friend.
