Not able to log into PayPal Credit

I've been trying to log into my PayPal Credit web site for over a week now, same error message every time...

"We apologize our system is having technical difficulty retrieving your information. Please try again later.".

Called PayPal Credit customer service on Friday, 2/14/20, put on hold for a few minutes, then was told that they were  working on the problem, should be able to log in that evening or the following day. Here it is 3 days later, same error message. 

Does anyone have any information as to what's really going on?

And yes, I've tried different browsers (Chrome, Brave, Opera, Firefox), cleared cache,  same message.

The PayPal Credit support team says it is a server issue and they are working to resolve it.  They won't give an estimated resolution time.

This worked earlier today (2/19/2020).
I was successfully able to login in to Paypal credit without getting the "..having technical difficulty.." error

OK, indeed they got it fixed and I was able to make my payment.  

Guess, I should have waited one more day, but it has been giving the error message for several days.  I did not want to be late with a payment.

I closed my Paypal credit account today (2/20/2020).  Having "our system is having technical difficulty" for over a week is unacceptable.
