My first PayPal credit purchase. Never received, bogus company. Resolution center found in my favor, money back to PayPal credit. Now show $29 late fee for not making payment. I inquired that payment was due, but resolution center never said to do anything,as they were investigating. I can't get answer on where to question this charge, on something I never got?
