Any progress on downloading to Quicken

I still can't get any connection through Paypal.com or Synchrony bank  on downloading into Quicken.  Has anyone had any success yet?

Hi,

No, not exactly, but yet, there is now a download!

I tried to update the Online Services for my existing Paypal Credit account, as I do fairly regularly to check & see if they got their act together yet, but what happened is it went to the adding a new account screen and picked 'Paypal Account' followed by my user name, then proceeded to download the last 135 days of transactions!  It put the account in Banking, not Credit - I was not asked.  Not particularly happy about this, but it is downloading the transactions, which I copy over to the credit account.  It is STILL not giving the online account balance nor is it registering payments to the account, but at least I'm getting my transactions.

But it's also odd that the other Synchrony serviced cards I have, have no problem downloading into Quicken.  Somehow, I think because you don't access your credit through Synchrony, but through Paypal.com is the reason Synchrony/Paypal doesn't sync with Quicken. 

I contacted both tech supports & tried stating that there wasn't a problem with the downloads even a year after the merger, but the techs I spoke with had no clue.  I have a feeling that until tech support at both ends figure out the clue, we won't have a correct download.

My suggestion is to keep complaining to both sides!  If enough squeaks come through, they will work something out to fix the wheel!!!
