$10 PayPal Credit Not Credited

So PayPal had a deal in December that if you spend $100 on PayPal balance then they will give you $10 in PayPal balance in January. I clicked on my $10 credit and it didn’t show up on my account afterwards. The deadline to spend it is tomorrow.
