updating my new visa card

hope someone  can help i am trying to update my new visa card as my old one as expired i fill in the form correctly but it states add your security code but i dont have one and its not on my latest statement from the halifax branch i called into my halifax branch but they said they cant help so how can i update it without a security code

The security code is the 3 digit number on the back of your card you fill in when you do online shopping.

If you look at the small picture next to the words 'security code' when you are trying to update it shows you.
