PayPal think I am not me. Also, I don't have a mobile, so it won't let me get to my money.

Does anyone know the solution because I am locked out and I am extremely annoyed.

The main way to verify your i.d. is by paypal sending a text to your paypal linked phone, so if you have not linked one you will have issues.

 

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
