Hi, I applied for PPP via Paypal with help of my son and trade name was not put in correctly. PPP fund was approved and released to my bank but because trade name had a typo in it, my bank made a reversal on the payment and now it's back to Paypal. I tried to contact Paypal numerous times but of course was not able to connect to anyone. Now my PPP balance shows $0 since it was reversed and one of the Paypal representative contacted when reversal was made advised to reapply the loan with correct trade name. I reapplied on the same day but since original PPP is still on the file, it doesn't seem like it's being processed. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this problem?
