Hi All 

I am informed that residents living in Namibia (Africa), can only use PayPal to send monies or purchase goods and that they are locally restricted in using PayPal to receive any monies! 

Can anyone confirm that that is indeed the practice in Namibia? And if so is there any way that one can use PayPal in these circumstances.

Unfortunately, PayPal accounts in Namibia can only send payments. It's not possible to receive payments.

A sender would receive an error message when attempting to send a payment to the PayPal account email address.
