I made a purchase from Lowes and the wrong shipping address was sent to them, I can't get past all the dumb pre questions to ask how to fix the address., Lowers don't respond or answer the phone. how can i fix this.
You would need to get hold of the seller you purchased from, paypal would not be able to change a shipping address for you once the order was paid and completed.
