A while ago I received around 13 dollars from an online place I work with when I’m bored. After my next payment which was like 2 dollars because I did one thing, my paypal balance only had that last payment and not my thirteen dollars. The last thing I purchased with PayPal was 25$ worth of items from Fortnite and my preferred payment is set as through my credit card.
