How do I downgrade my account from Business to Premiere?

I have searched online many times and everywhere says to go to contact, email, and shows a dropdown that I don't have. I emailed PayPal and they told me to do the same thing, however, I still don't see an option for downgrading my account. I want to change from business to personal, or premiere.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Live chat.

 

I wouldn't bother with email unless you want a generic automated non specific ie rubbish reply.   😉

Paypal only offers x2 Paypal accounts now, personal and business.

 

However there is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.
You can click on help / contact bottom left of every Paypal page for contact options for your country.

I dont see downgrade as an option though in contact? Where do i find that?

There is NO automatic option, you contact CUSTOMER SERVICES and they will do it for you.

I am trying to email customer support but to do that it requires me to choose a topic/department to be routed to, and then a sub topic. What do I choose?
