Hi, I've recently decided to use paypal and been trying to link my bank to this account but after confirming that it's me doing this, It just shows me a green circle looping. I'd assume it's loading but it's been 2 hours now since I left it open on my browser. I tried the usual clear cache, another browser and even on my phone. It still shows me the circle. Please tell me this isn't on my end because I have no idea why.
