Starting in February, Ebay started charging me tax on coins that I was buying. I explained many times that we DO NOT have tax on coin purchases in Michigan and it took some time to convince them. They at last "refunded" that money back to my Paypal account which comes to some $17. I'm having so much trouble to send this money back to my bank account because whatever I do, it wants to charge me the 1% fee to do so, even though I specify that I do not want to use the "instant" refund choice.
It seems like a worthless service here since the Corona fiasco, because I can't seem to reach anyone to help me with this problem for more than a month.
Anyone has a suggestion?
