Can't create the support ticket

Hello,

 

I went to help center:

https://www.paypal.com/ge/smarthelp/contact-us

and sent the email, got the success message:

Waited for 2 days, didn't get any response, so I called the support and they said there are no any active tickets. So I did the same second time and after I got the success message, I didn't get any confirmation email with ticket number (so I guess the ticket was not created as well).

 

What I am doing wrong or there are some issues on PayPal's side?

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
