Dear sir or madam, I have registered my this USA Paypal account, through a friend inviting me by email. And at the time I followed the instruction in your Paypal website to register and provide Paypal need to verify my identification like personal data information. However, I never know this is a business account until there are payment coming in. They are all on hold and suggest me to get my money back soon. I am reading it is a seller business account? I don't know. Now I am seeking your kind assistance on this matter and what I should do to fix this problem and change my account into a normal personal Paypal account instead of business account which require me to provide shipping or/and business service etc. At the same time, can you please kindly advise which step I had done wrong and by mistake that my current Paypal account is not Personal account.
