I want to upgrade my personal account to a business account. I have an email address ready to use. I tried to create a new business account but it told me I cant link my bank account because its linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts. What is the maximum number and I only have one paypal account. Not sure why I can't make a new one as a business account. Anyway when I try to enter my alternate email address to upgrade to a business account it just sends me back to the login page. It does this no matter how many times I try. Why won't it let me!
